Indenture 6 June 1842
Whereas: doubts have arisen whether said Indenture of 6 June 1842 can be construed to have released the hereditaments thereby conveyed from the payment of the charge of £2,000 created by said codicil to said will and it was not the intention of the parties that the premises should so be released
now: i) agrees with ii) to hold the premises conveyed to him by said Indenture 6 June 1842 subject to said £2,000
