- Scope and ContentAll estate settled on said marriage bequeathed (subject to life interest of said husband) to John Green son of her husband and to nephew Edward Tanqueray and Thomas Butts Tanqueray to stand possessed of the same on the following trusts: as to 1/4: to pay the same to brother Reverend Edward Tanqueray as to 1/4: to pay the same to sister Ann Tanqueray or if she is dead, then to children of brother Edward equally as to 1/4: to continue the same invested in Government funds and pay interest to brother Edward Tanqueray and after his decease pay interest to Elizabeth wife of brother Thomas for life and after their decease to pay said interest to children of brother Edward as to 1/4: to continue the same invested in Government Funds pay interest to brother Reverend Charles Tanqueray and after his death to his wife Maria and after their decease to the children of brother Edward Tanqueray appoints said John Green and nephews Edward and Thomas Butts Tanqueray executors Witnesses: W R Mesham M.D. Woburn Mary Taylor, servant to Mr Green, Woburn
