Recites: RH9/79 by which said principal was paid off Whereas: John Green and Thomas Butts Tanqueray have paid Reverend Edward Tanqueray his 1/4 share of the £1,300 John Green in right of wife Mary and Thomas Butts Tanqueray in his own right have retained their shares of the same and have paid the remaining 1/4 to: Elizabeth Tanqueray Harriet Hamilton Tanqueray Anne Tanqueray Charles Tanqueray John Samuel Tanqueray George Tanqueray John Aveling Tanqueray Henry Tanqueray William Henry Tanqueray Truman Tanqueray which was the bequest to the children of the Reverend Edward Tanqueray in the event of the decease of Ann Tanqueray the sister in the lifetime of her husband John Green and Thomas Butts Tanqueray have invested the share of Frances Ellen Tanqueray and also the remaining half of the £1,300 in their names in the purchase of £700 3% consolidated bank annuities now: recipients of the aforesaid sums acknowledge receipt of the same Witnesses: William Sinfield, clerk to Mr Green, Woburn John Fielder, clerk to Mr Tanqueray, solicitor, New Broad Street B Stearns, Hendon S A Glendow Thomas Harold Meade, gentleman residing at Royan, France
