    This deed is supplemental to 3 deeds mentioned in schedule reciting will of J[ohn] C[harles] McGrath by which the residue of his personal estate was placed in trust to convert into money to be held on trust for iv), who is also surviving executor. John Usher, by his will, after specific devise of a house in Howbury Street, Bedford, left all the residue of his freehold estate to such uses as i), his trustees, should appoint within 21 years after his death. Subject thereto his property was devised to his trustees in trust for sale. Of the income produced, 4/5ths was to be in trust for his wife, Lois Anne, for life or widowhood, and remaining 1/5th to his daughter, ii). Daughter to get all the income after her mother's death, and then to her cildren. If no children, then income to be held in trust for iii). £2700 is still owing to iv) on mortgage. i) at request of ii), iii) and iv) have agreed to convey property to iv) by way of further security. Now i) conveys to iv): plot of land in St Paul's parish, Bedford, north and south 30ft, east 69ft 7½in, west 70ft 7½in; north Greenhill Street, south Charles Maxey, east Samuel Ward, west next property; Mission Hall erected thereon; 20 Greenhill Street; footway & right of way.
