[Recites bequests to Bridget, wife of William King of London, wine-cooper, £200; to Susanna & Mary Pittman, spinsters, £100 each, from a cottage & farm lands at Lidlington, in the occupation of William Franklin, & devised to George Pearse of Chelsea (county of Middlesex), oilman; & deaths of Bridget King; & of George Pearse, whereby property descended to Mary Perrin, widow (cousin of Mary Coleman), of Cranfield, who devised one moiety to her daughter Sarah, and the other to her 5 grandchildren [as in BC353].
