A close called Kents Grove containing 7 acres, divided into 2 parts; the wood called Kents Grove containing 5 acres, adjoining the said close East; in Cranfield, & late the estate of Jacob Bury, esquire, & Jacob Bury (his son); & ½ acre in Stellipers Field on a furlong shooting from Church Headland into Pipeslade, late purchased of Charles Dymoke senior, gentleman.
