    Abstracts as in Z 590/75. Operative part (ii) has requested that the Trustees (i) execute the terms as in Z 590/71 as stated by the requirements of the Settled Land Act 1925. This deed witnesseth as follows: (i) declare that all hereditaments an the following two Schedules (I) & (II) are vested in (ii) in fee simple but subject to the manorial incidents affecting them and to the mineral sporting and other rights of the Lady of the Manor. (ii) shall stand possessed of the premises subject to the provisions of the Will of Ellis Piggott Jeakings (see Z 590/71). (i) are the Trustees of the Settlement created by the Will of Ellis PiggottJeakings for the purposes of the Settled Land Act 1925. The power to appoint new Trustee(s) of the Will of Ellis Piggott Jeakings is vested in (i). Letitia Carter who retains possession of the documents specified in the third Schedule (III) but acknowledges the right of (ii) to their production and delivery. Schedules (I) Cottage at No.1 Gladstone Terrace, Sun Street, Biggleswade. Five dwelling houses and gardens, Nos. 7, 9, 11, 13 & 15 Drove Road, Biggleswade, with a frontage of 97’5”. Two dwelling houses, Nos. 62 & 64 Drove Road, with a frontage of 44’. Land, gardens and cottages Nos. 109, 113, 115, 117 & 119 Shortmead Street, Biggleswade with a frontage of 46’6”. Six tenements and gardens known as 101, 103, 105, 107, 109 & 111 Sun Street, Biggleswade. Piece or parcel of land known as Little Field (formerly part of Little Town Field) now in the occupation of Messrs H J Pates, J Gauge, E Bridge, J Gauge (junior), A Newman and Mrs Stocker as tenants. (II) Two cottages Nos.87 & 89 Sun Street, Biggleswade with the piece of land formerly the site of a cottage known as No.99 Sun Street. Cottages near the Anchor Inn known as Nos.4 & 5 Gladstone Terrace, with joint use of the well. Land in Anchor Yard formerly the site of seven cottages known as Nos.1 – 7 Anchor Yard (now demolished or in the course of demolition). Any other land to which Letitia Carter and George Wagg were admitted 11 May 1914 (see Z 590/71).
