Scope and Content
(i) is seised in fee simple of the property and has agreed with (ii) to sell him the property for the sum of £540. (i) hereby conveys unto (ii) all the following property:
a) All that piece or parcel of land situate in Drove Lane, Biggleswade having a frontage to Drove Lane and a uniform width of 40feet. Bounded on the N. by other property of (i), on the E. by property of the executors of the late Lucy Jane Barnett, on the S. by property of Charles Edward Huckle and on the W.by Drove Lane.
b) All those dwelling houses recently erected on the said piece of land.
(ii) covenants to (i) that he will maintain a good fence on the N. side of the said hereditaments.
(i) hereby acknowledges the right of (ii) to production and delivery of copies of an Indenture made 31 Aug 1906 (Z590/66) between Lucy Jane Barnett and (i) and guarantees the delivery thereof.
