    Reciting By his Will dated 28 July 1911 Ellis Piggott Jeakings appointed Letitia Carter and George Wagg his executors and devised to them his property upon trust to receive the rents and pay the moiety arising from the net income to Letitia Carter for life and the remaining moiety to E Wilson and on the death of either the whole to go to the other and upon the death of both the property to be sold. Ellis Piggott Jeakings died 23 November 1911 and his will was proved on 22 May 1912. George Wagg died 12 Jun 1922. Letitia Carter by virtue of the Settled Land Act 1925 is a Trustee of the Settlement created by Ellis Piggott Jeakings. Letitia Carter appointed Lloyds Bank Limited to be a trustee of the will of jointly with her Ellos Piggott Jeakings in place of George Wagg. Operative Part (i) hereby declare that the property in the Schedule (a) is hereby vested in (ii) joint tenants in fee simple upon the trusts declared in Ellis Piggott Jeakings' Will. (ii) are the of the Settlement for the purposes of the Settled Land Act 1925 The power of appointing new trustees is vested in the persons named in the statute in that behalf. Witnessed that (ii) have signed and sealed and Lloyds Bank Limited have here affixed their common seal. Schedule Two messuages or dwelling houses with the two shops adjoining the land and hereditaments situate in Biggleswade abutting the Market Place or High Street on the S. side for 38’6”, on the N. side on the Back Street or Brewery Lane for the space of 44’6” and known as nos.57, 59 & 61 High Street. Enclosed note from Hooper and Fletcher Solicitors of the need for a Vesting Deed before the property could be sold, dated 14 Feb 1928.
