    As appears from Schedule (I), (iii) is the owner of the property mentioned in Schedule (II) in fee simple and as tenant for life subject to the terms of theWill of Ellis Piggott Jeakings as in Schedule (I). The property was formerly copyhold of the Manor and extinguished by the Law of Property Act 1 Jan 1936. Operative Part It is declared as follows: - Compensation for the extinguishment of the manorial incidents saved by part five of the Act affecting the property in (II) and of the rights of the Lady to any mines or minerals and the sporting rights on the property and other rights preserved by the twelfth part of that Act shall be £13.11.4 with interest thereon payable half yearly at the rate of £5.10 per cent per annum until paid. Stewards compensation included in the above.
