    Parties (i) William Garner of Road Farm Cottage, Biggleswade, market gardener, and Nathaniel Garner of Langford, labourer [Trustees]. (ii) Ellis Piggott Jeakings of Market Place, Biggleswade, bootmaker. [Purchaser]. See Z 590/50. (i) is admitted to the land in the following three schedules: a) All that cottage, tenement, yard, and premises with appurtenances situate in Sun Street, Biggleswade, formerly in the occupation of Nathaniel Garner and all that cottage, tenement, yard, and premises with appurtenances situate in Sun Street formerly in the occupation of John Leach. Rents 1½d. b) All that messuage, cottage or tenement with the appurtenances situate on or near Sun Street formerly in the occupation of John Huckle. Fine ½d. c) All that cottage and tenement and land situate near the Anchor Inn in Biggleswade, bounded on the N. by [ ] Field Esq., on the E. by a cottage of Ann Francis and on the S. and W. by a yard.
