by conditional surrender (see Z 590/15) and for better security he agrees to execute a deed of covenant, mortgage or conditional surrender of his reversionary 1/5 part of and in 6 cottages etc. in Sun Street., Biggleswade as in Z 590/13 (c), for that sum and lawful interest; that he has agreed upon request to execute in favour of the mortgagee a deed of covenant of the same with all proper covenants and stipulations, the same to be prepared at William Larkin’s expense.
