Surrender by John Winn of Biggleswade, gent., customary tenant etc., of: a) piece or parcel of land or ground in Town Field containing 24p. being part of a piece of ground called Stanley’s Piece with a cottage or tenement now erected and standing thereon by Edmund Garner; bounded on the N. by William Rands’s garden, E. by land of John Winn, and on the S. [and] W. by the turnpike road called Crab Lane; to which John Winn was admitted tenant to him and his heirs at a manor court held 27 February 1801 on the Surrender of Robert Thurgood, Richard Edmund Rudd and Margaret Rudd, widow. ...to the use and behoof of Edmund Garner of Biggleswade, labourer , his heirs etc. Admission of Edmund Garner to the same. Habendum to Edmund Garner his heirs etc. as Z 590/1. Rent, Fine and fealty as Z 590/1.
