    Card sent to Miss E Bach, Weybridge, Surrey. Message reads: "2044 B Company 4th Seaforth Highlanders, Bedford. Friday. Dear Bach, Just a line thanking you for letter which I mislaid somewhere will let you have one later on. My brother has gone to Aldershot as a Paymaster clerk so mother is all on her own now. We had the King down here yesterday inspecting us. Rather a cold job hanging about for 3 hrs. Yours etc Wisey[?]." [See also Z1306/12/5/21]
