i) John Harvey, Ickwell Bury, esquire ii) Susannah Harvey of same place, widow iii) Reverend Edward Lindsell, Broom, Southill, clerk iv) Robert Lindsell, Biggleswade, esquire recites will of John Harvey, 1819 (for summary see SL 1/140 and 141) recites: deaths of John Harvey in 1819 and Susan Harvey in 1820 : sale to Edward Ellis in April 1822 recites: SL1/136 and 137 : SL 1/140 and 141 now in consideration of £213 6s 8d (having been paid by Edward Ellis, deceased) to ii) i) releases to iii) at request of ii) 2 1/3 parts or shares in - Cookes Close bounded as before - land in Hill Edge field bounded as before - newly erected dwelling house ( erected by Edward Ellis) on part of said land all which said premises in tenure William Chambers as yearly tenant - all buildings, reversions, rights etc. to use of iii) or to iv) in trust for iii) withremainder to iv) covenant by i) to produce title deed (SL 1/122) signatures i), ii) 20 and 21 March 1837 witnesses E.B.Beaumont Joshua Malden
