- Scope and Contentrecites: V403 and V420 whereas: said Henry Charles Hoare made will 3 August 1850 bequeathed estate purchased of Mr. Warr in Aspley Guise (first described below) to Charles Hoare, Peter Richard Hoare and Henry Merrick Hoare in trust to sell, proceeds to form part of his residuary personal estate. said Charles Hoare died 16 November 1851. testator Henry Charles Hoare died 15 January 1852 without altering his will regarding this estate; leaving Henry Ainslie Hoare his eldest son. Will proved by Peter Richard Hoare in Prerogative Court of Canterbury 3 February 1852. Henry Ainslie Hoare declines to purchase the estate at Aspley Guise. Henry Merrick Hoare and Peter Richard Hoare as surviving trustees of said will have contracted to sell to Frederick Woodbridge premises first and second described and the timber thereon, subject to £7.11s. payable yearly by way of modus to rector of Aspley Guise in respect of the said lands land conveyed by V420 adjoining part of that conveyed by V403 and were occupied together at the death of Henry Charles Hoare now: consideration: £5,635.12s.6d. to Henry Merrick Hoare and Peter Richard Hoare by Frederick Woodbridge -- premises as in V403 (land of Henry Charles Hoare is now of Henry Ainslie Hoare) -- premises as in V420 Witness: Edward Tylee 14 Essex Street Strand. not executed by Frederick Woodbridge and John Goble Blake
