- Scope and Contentwhereas: Francis Moore of Egginton at time of death was seised in fee simple in premises hereinafter mentioned; by will 16 February 1809 devised several pieces of land of which land hereinafter described was one, in trust to two daughters Susanna and Elizabeth; he died 6 August 1810, will proved in Prerogative Court of Canterbury. Elizabeth Moore married Reverend George Plunket Kerr and had issue two children viz: Mary Moore died an infant William Francis Kerr said Susanna died 1837 without issue George Plunket Kerr has been dead many years and his widow died 1839 now: consideration: £35 -- 1 rood 24 perches land in Aspley Guise between road leading from Aspley Guise to Woburn Sands and a plantation belonging to Henry Charles Hoare in the occupation of Thomas Wright and used as a garden. Witness: John Thomas Green, clerk to John Green, Woburn.
