Premises mentioned in counterpart lease 18 May 1822 sent herewith have been assigned to William Augustus Orlebar by solicitor to executors of John Bagwill deceased; has agreed with tenant now in possession (William Wright) to grant him a lease from Midsummer 1829 for 7, 14 or 21 years at £30 per annum on same terms as named in lease John Bagwill to R.D. Woodforde. William Augustus Orlebar will pay ground rent and insurance. Requests preparation of lease; copy to be sent to William Wright at 12 Park Terrace, Camden Town. William Augustus Orlebar will pay expenses. Has Charles Ranken received from Mr. Westwood of High Wycombe sister (Mrs.Blount’s) marriage settlement? Hopes William Augustus Orlebar’s nephew Edward Carey is well.
