Thanks for letter from Podington. Sends for perusal copy of intended agreement with any of the purchasers of tithes. Mr. Merrington going to Hampshire on business Monday next for 10 or 14 days; on return will meet a gentleman about purchase of his tithes, the largest land proprietor at Walthamstow, about 230 acres. Draft articles of agreement for conveyance of impropriate tithes arising out of lands in Walthamstow and Low Hall, Essex.
