whereas: Schedule below contains particulars of trust funds now subject to trusts of said settlement
it is intended that the several sums of £5,925.18s.6d. and £1,292.13s.4d. 2¾% consolidated stock mentioned in schedule below shall be transferred into joint names of (iii)
now: Elizabeth Harriot Orlebar appoints Harriot Orlebar as trustee of said settlement instead of Bernard Hale and jointly with John Orlebar (who is the surviving trustee) all stocks and funds mentioned in the schedule on execution of presents to be vested in Frances Hale Orlebar
