Has perused this abstract on behalf of the Governors of Queen Anne’s Bounty. Covenant against Incumbrances in deed of 12 May 1780 excepts a charge of £3,000 due on mortgage to Mr. Western and £3,000 charged in favour of sisters of Mr. Orlebar senior. First Incumbrance released by deed 29 April 1831 [V324] latter £3,000 is still a charge on the estate. By deed 17 February 1781 term of 2,000 years created for securing portions of £1,000 each for the three daughters of Richard Orlebar by his first marriage. One of these is discharged by deed of 22 February 1817 (nothing appears in the abstract with respect to the other two) it should be found how they have been satisfied.
Presumes the Anne Halfe [Rolfe- see OR755] the annuitant under the will of Richard Orlebar is dead; evidence for her death should be given. death of Richard Orlebar the tenant for life under the deed of 29 April 1831 should be proved (pencil note: he died in 1833)
