    (i) Richard Orlebar of Hinwick House, Bedfordshire (ii) Maria Longuet of the City of Bath, Somerset spinster (iii) Benjamin Longuet of the City of Bath, Somerset (iv) Richard Williams of the Town and County of Northampton, clerk, John Genest of the City of Bath, clerk (v) Thomas Alston of Odell Castle, Bedfordshire, Nicholas Hill of Snailwell, near Newmarket, Cambridgeshire clerk (vi) Charles Septimus Portal of Essex Street in the Strand and City of Westminster, gentleman (vii) William Nethersole of Essex Street in the Strand and City of Westminster, gentleman recites: Lease and Release 30 and 31 December 1766 [OR95 and 96] marriage settlement of Richard Orlebar and Elizabeth Cuthbert (i) Richard Orlebar, then of Hinwick, Bedfordshire since deceased only son and heir of John Orlebar late of Hinwick, deceased (ii) Joseph Cuthbert of Horndon on the Hill, Essex, clerk and Elizabeth Cuthbert, spinster, his daughter since deceased (iii) Charles Isham, Ambrose Isted (iv) John Swale, gentleman, Samuel Marriott, gentleman (v) Elizabeth Isham, wife of said Charles Isham -- mansion house, messuages, farms, closes etc. hereinafter described, conveyed by Richard Orlebar to Charles Isham and Ambrose Isted to use of Richard Orlebar and Elizabeth Cuthbert and the survivor and to John Swale and Samuel Marriott for 500 years whereas: Richard Orlebar is the only son of the marriage on treaty for marriage of Richard Orlebar and Maria Longuet it was agreed that ¼ share of (ii) in sum of £23,896. 13s.4d. 3% consolidated bank annuity and £825 long annuity should be assigned to (v) now: (i) conveys to (v) (a) -- mansion house called Henwick House with appurtenances in Hinwick aforesaid formerly in the occupation of Richard Orlebar deceased and now of the Earl of Egmont. (b) -- paddock near mansion house, 35 acres -- Church Close (pasture) with Perkins Close in Hinwick, 12 acres -- Primrose Close 3 acres -- Cottagers Close (pasture) 2 acres -- Gonorong Close (pasture) 2 acres -- 3 spinneys . . . Gonorong 6 acres . . . Cockhill Spinney 3 acres . . . Newhill Spinney 2 acres -- land at Hinwick, lately enclosed 85 acres all formerly in the occupation of Richard Orlebar deceased and now in the occupation of John Frost (c) -- messuage and farm in Hinwick formerly in the occupation of Francis Barber at £134 per annum and now of John Beale at £150 per annum (d) -- messuage and farm at Hinwick formerly in the occupation of Francis Nobles at £96 per annum and now of John Frost at £180 per annum (e) -- close formerly let to William Richardson at £1. 10s. per annum now to William Goose at £1.1s.0d. (f) -- close formerly let to William Sayer at £1.1s. per annum now to Thomas Sayer at £2 (g) -- messuage and close formerly let to William Clements at £3.3s.0d. per annum now to Mary Perkins at £3.3s.0d.per annum (h) -- messuage and orchard formerly let to Moses Hudson at £2.2s. per annum now to Charles West at £1.10s. (i) -- messuage and yard formerly let to John Denton at £2.2s. now to Thomas Lovell at £3 per annum (j) -- messuage and yard formerly let to Richard Cook at £1.10s. now to William Cook at £1.10s. and other messuages etc. to which Richard Orlebar is entitled by first recited Lease and Release; to suffer common recovery with double voucher as; 8 messuages; 16 gardens; 500 acres land; 100 acres meadow; 100 acres pasture; 40 acres wood;40 acres underwood and common of pasture, to uses . . . . ( (£500 per annum to (ii) after death of (i); (iii) to raise £100 per annum during lives of (i) and (ii) as pin money for (ii), etc.)) 28 April 1804. Endorsement. Indenture of Appointment 18 January 1825. (i) Richard Orlebar and wife Maria (ii) Nicholas Isaac [Hill] (called Nicholas Hill in within Indenture) (iii) Nicholas Isaac Hill, William Augustus Orlebar of Charlotte Street Bedford Square Middlesex whereas: Maria Longuet, mother of Maria Orlebar has since deceased £5,974.3s.4d. 3% consolidated bank annuity being ¼ of £23,896.13s.4d.like annuity. £185.15s. long annuity, being ¼ of £743 (wrongly described within as £825) annuity to which Maria Orlebar is entitled on the death of her mother, under the wills of Thomas Lelly and Alice Hatton; in pursuance of the within Indenture these sums are vested in the names of Thomas Alston and Nicholas Isaac Hill. Thomas Alston is since deceased NOW: Richard Orlebar appoints William Augustus Orlebar as trustee to within Indenture to act with (ii); aforesaid sums have been transferred to them as (iii).
