(ii) Hannahbella Barber of Aldersgate Street London spinster (iii) Richard How of Gracechurch Street London, linnen draper, Daniel Zachary citizen and skinner of London, William Tibey of Exchange Alley, London, gentleman Hannahbella Barber is entitled in fee simple to messuages and lands in Bedfordshire hereafter described:- to a messuage in Threadneedle Street in parish of St. Martin Outwich in City of London, formerly in the occupation of Philip Nichols, now of Amos Stocker -- also to part of Inn, the King’s Head, in St. Saviour, Southwark, Surrey, subject to ? of annuity of £45 to Mariabella Briggins, widow (grandmother of said Hannahbella Barber ) for life. -- also one-twelfth of sundry messuages in the City of London and county of Middlesex subject to one-twelfth of annuity of £45 payable to said Mariabella Briggins for life. now: John Marshall is to receive portion of £1,500 with Hannahbella Barber -- premises as in V231 (cottage now in the occupation of Thomas Cook; messuage now in the occupation of Thomas Page) -- farmhouse and appurtenances in Clifton, formerly in the occupation of James Matthews, now in the occupation of Thomas Lylis; pightle adjoining 4 acres -- 29 acres 3 roods in Clifton and Henlow (described in deeds by which Joseph Barber purchased them [V227]) to uses. . . . 27 February 1750/1. extract examined by Robert Swindall and William Emerton, clerks to Mr. Davis.8 April 1774.
