    Roycroft's purchase from Luke. Letter: (i) Samuel Luke (ii) Mr Roycroft, at the Six Clerks Office in Chancery Lane, London. (i) has found abstract relating to estate purchased by Richard Lee of Sir St John Moore and his son, the greatest part of which belonged to Lovelly Farm (afterwards in the occupation of William Bodger) in Chauston in Roxton and in Wyboston in Eaton Socon, which Lee devised by will, 1707, to grandson, Richard Lee (after death of son Robert Lee), who sold to James Metcalfe esquire – deeds are with his brother at Fordham Abbey 20 miles away; has found lease by Bruce tenant of Honidon, 11 March 1705, recites lease and release, 13 and 14 July 1685.
