This subfile comprises 'a bundle of drafts, letters, notes and miscellaneous papers, of little value', of which all but three were unnumbered. Some are bonds and other items which could be integrated with the two series of deeds for Honeydon farm [WG 107-183 and WG 184-199], and there are two groups of papers and correspondence, one concerning Lee's purchase from Reynolds c1700 [WG 200/10-24] and the other Roycroft's purchase from Luke c1744 [WG 200/32-36].
