    to create jointure for Dorothy Cumberland and a post-nuptial settlement for Edward Waller and Dorothy (i) to levy to (ii) before end of Michaelmas Term fine of:- -- moiety of capital messuage with close of 2 acres adjoining in Clifton in the occupation of Thomas Fowler :east highway in Clifton :west common fields of Clifton :south William Buckby :north lane from Clifton to Shefford -- moiety of another messuage and appurtenances in Clifton now in the occupation of William Cumberland :west aforesaid highway :east Samuel Bedford :north churchway of Clifton -- moiety of 3 closes of pasture in Clifton -- Bakerswicke 1 acre -- Awtells ½acre -- Braybrooke 1½acres -- moiety of 132 acres arable in Clifton in the occupation of said William Cumberland -- moiety of 12½acres meadow in Clifton in the occupation of William Cumberland -- moiety of all other lands etc of William Cumberland deceased father of said William Cumberland party to presents, in Clifton Edward Waller and wife Dorothy to enjoy £20 per annum from said moiety during lives of William Cumberland and wife Dorothy; payment to cease if William Cumberland pays Edward Waller sufficient money to total, with annuity money received before that date, £400. Fine and recovery to be to use of William Cumberland and wife Dorothy, reversion to Edward Waller and wife Dorothy and heirs.
