recites: V158 (manor and lands settled on Jeffery Fisher for life then to James Hesse and wife Ann and the survivor with remainder to heirs of Ann Hesse) now: James Hesse will levy to Thomas Orlebar Marsh fine of:- -- premises as in V156 -- messuage and close adjoining in Radwell 4 acres -- 2½ acres arable -- 1½ acres pasture -- farmhouse in Felmersham -- several closes of pasture in Felmersham 12 acres -- several closes of arable in Felmersham 68 acres occupied with the farm house, lately in the occupation of Robert Lord -- Public House, lately called the Bell, now the Red Lion, and orchard or piece of pasture adjoining in Felmersham, late in the occupation of – Whittall to use of Jeffery Fisher for life and after death to uses as directed by James Hesse.
