    consideration: £800 -- Manor or reputed manor of Radwell -- Manor House in Radwell in the occupation successively of Oliver Rands, William Jenkins, Thomas Barnes, John Barnes and now John Lavender -- parcel of meadow in Radwell called the Home, near manor house, 14 acres in the occupation successively of Oliver Rands, William Jenkins, Thomas Barnes, John Barnes and now John Lavender -- 2 closes of pasture, Upper Pilscroft and Nether Pilscroft in Radwell, 24 acres belonging to said manor house, in the occupation successively of Oliver Rands, William Jenkins, Thomas Barnes, John Barnes and now John Lavender -- close of pasture, Nether Hoo, in Radwell, contiguous to manor house with spinney adjoining 12 acres late in the occupation of Robert Tapp, now of John Lavender -- spunge leading to Nether Hoo -- cottage in Radwell in the occupation of Edward Crouch, John Adkins, John Barnes and now John Lavender -- dole of meadow 1½ acres in Short Dunstans End -- pightle of pasture between Radwell and Moor End in Felmersham -- plot of land in Lower Field of Radwell [as V296] allotted to Jeffery Fisher in own right as equivalent of several parcels arable and ley formerly unenclosed containing 55 acres dispersed in common fields of Radwell and Felmersham, in the occupation of William Jenkins, Thomas Barnes, John Barnes all which premises (excluding the said allotment) were granted to Jeffery Fisher by V42. for 1,000 years repayment £800 with interest by 19 April next. Assignment of Mortgage (endorsed on above) (i) John Everitt (ii) James Hesse of Flitwick (iii) Solomon Hesse of White Lion Street in the Liberty of Norton Folgate, Middlesex father of James Hesse since above indenture said premises conveyed by Jeffery Fisher to James Hesse, subject to mortgage; interest has been paid by James Hesse to date, principal remains. Solomon Hesse has at request of James Hesse agreed to pay off the mortgage to John Everitt and to take the assignment of the above mentioned premises. consideration: £800 to John Everitt by Solomon Hesse repayment by 22 August next, at 5%.
