Assignment of Mortgage (endorsed on above) (i) John Everitt (ii) James Hesse of Flitwick (iii) Solomon Hesse of White Lion Street in the Liberty of Norton Folgate, Middlesex father of James Hesse since above indenture said premises conveyed by Jeffery Fisher to James Hesse, subject to mortgage; interest has been paid by James Hesse to date, principal remains. Solomon Hesse has at request of James Hesse agreed to pay off the mortgage to John Everitt and to take the assignment of the above mentioned premises. consideration: £800 to John Everitt by Solomon Hesse repayment by 22 August next, at 5%.
