- Scope and Contentwhereas: Jeffery Fisher is seized of estate of inheritance in fee simple in Radwell and Ampthill and copyhold lands in Ampthill James Hesse of Flitwick and wife Ann are seized in right of Ann of estate in Felmersham recites money owed by Jeffery Fisher on bond and mortgage [recited in V157] agree that James Hesse will pay debts of Jeffery Fisher not exceeding £1,400 and Jeffery Fisher shall enjoy for life lands of James Hesse in Felmersham Jeffery Fisher will convey estates in Radwell to James Hesse and those in Ampthill to James Hesse and his heirs and will give him first offer of purchase Fee Farm Rents in Flitwick or leasehold estate in Maulden. now: Jeffery Fisher releases to George Brooks -- farmhouse and parcels of arable, meadow, pasture in the occupation of John Lavender James Hesse releases to George Brooks -- farmhouse, arable, meadow and pasture in Felmersham to use of Jeffery Fisher for life, remainder to James Hesse and heirs of Ann Hesse. Witnesses: Ann Whipham, John Steel, Jeremy Fish Palmer, Thomas Kidman.
