- Scope and ContentJeffery Fisher may during life occupy messuages and hereditaments in Felmersham to which James Hesse is entitled (or was entitled to in life of wife Ann, deceased) James Hesse will pay money borrowed by Jeffery Fisher on Bond of Thomas Roberts of Ridgmont, butcher, Mary Risely of Knotting, widow and John Baker of Houghton Conquest, yeoman amounting to £500 and all money borrowed by Jeffery Fisher on mortgage of his estates at Radwell, of John Everett of Hitchin, Hertfordshire (£800) with interest, totalling £1,300 Jeffery Fisher will convey, after decease all estates at Radwell, clear of incumbrances (except said mortgage) to James Hesse and will as soon as may be convey messuage in Ampthill in which Jeffery Fisher now dwells and messuage adjoining late in the occupation of Miss Gregory with garden. If Jeffery Fisher intends to dispose of Fee Farm Rents at Flitwick or leasehold estate at Maulden, will make first offer to James Hesse. Witnesses: George Brooks, John Brooks.
