- Scope and ContentWriter has frequently known a Bill adjourned so that the seal of a College could be got, and proved by a person present at the ceremony. The College Seal will undoubtedly be asked for at the Lords' Commitee, though if the property is inconsiderable, it might not be rquired. The same will happen with the other corporation (presumably Trinity College, Cambridge) though since they are not mentioned in the title of the Bill, they might escape notice. Prints of the Bill have been sent to Mr. Walsh. The Shillington Bill will take about a month
