He writes to Wilshere as solicitor of Enclosure Bill for Cardington. College will not act without learning whether their tenant, Mr. Cranfield, approved of Bill. College would like to know how it happens that only one Commissioner is to be appointed, and by whom Mr. Joseph Eade is nominated, and whether a Surveyor under the Act has been chosen if so, who is he. What estate has the College tenant in Cardington besides his College leasehold.
