    George Saby "convicted of felony in ripping stealing taking and carrying away Lead affixed to a stable of Samuel Whitbread esquire at Southill is ordered and adjudged to be transported beyond the seas as soon as conveniently maybe for the term of seven years to such place as his Majesty by and with the advice of his privy council shall think fit to direct and appoint pursuant to the Statute." James Luttley "An indictment having been found against the said James Luttley for certain riots and misdemeanors And a Certiorari having been lodged for removing the said Indictment into his Majesty's Court of King's Bench and the said James Luttley having neglected or refused to give security for his appearance in His Majesty's Court of Kings Bench on the first day of next term wheresoever the said court shall then be in England to answer the said indictment and so from Day to Day and not to depart the court without leave Is order to remain until he shall give such security or be otherwise discharged according to law."
