"saith that on Tuesday the first day of September instant, while he was in his masters yard about three o'clock he saw a mob of people, as he supposes about a hundred behaving in a riotous and disorderly manner about Mr. Hobbs premises that he saw James Luttley there in the Gateway, and at the Kitchen Door of His Masters House. Robert Newman his mark. Sworn before me on the 7th day of September 1801"
