The house, garden, Foots close, and 2 other closes were leased to George Dixon, esquire, @ £22 per annum. 1740-1764 Malting page 87 [after FN 318] Lease for 7 years, rent per annum £22: John Francklin of Northill House, esqire, to Henry Robinson of Surrey, esquire. A messuage with dovehouse, garden and orchard in Great Barford, late in occupation of George Dixon; Foots close, 2 acres; 2 other closes, 4 acres; except the timber and trees. Witnesses: L.
