Recites will of William Foster and deed poll or additional will, same date (To Nicholas Aspinall, messuage in Horne Lane to be sold to pay debt of £25 to Nicholas Aspinall, residue to Barbara Foster). By reason of doubts and uncertainties on the construction of the will and deed poll or additional will: the debt of £25 is to be paid to Nicholas Aspinall, who with Sandra, Thomas and Barbara Foster are to release to William Farrer their title to property of William Foster on certain trusts; William Farrer will then raise £200 for Thomas Foster in discharge of all his claims; and raise £50 for Barbara Foster. Residue to be divided equally between Sandra and Barbara. Property released: messuage in Horne Lane in occupation of F.
