    - - Close of arable and swardground called Nether Plowed Close, formerly part of a close called Great Redlands and part of a grove adjoining, next ground now or late of Peter S. formerly occupied by Thomas Parkins or assignees (approx. 15 acres); - - Grove east of said close adjoining ground of (iii) part of Washingly (1 acre); - - 2 closes pasture called Redlands with appurtenances and grove adjoining part of which is now pasture, south of messuage or tenement formerly occupied by Bray Chamberlin, now William King, called Leigh Lodge, now divided into several parts or pightles, of which one is an orchard, adjoining Leigh Lodge; - - small parcel of ground taken out of a close called Upper Plowed Close, part of Great Redlands Close, at its upper corner next Cooke Greene (1 rood), in which part there is a pond, said part being divided or staked to be divided from Upper Plowed Close; - - cottage or tenement with appurtenances now occupied by Edward Doe, formerly George Hartwell; All part of the manor of Rutlands alias Ridlands, Rudlands, Rudland Fields, purchased by Bray Chamberlin of Rt.
