Heretofore in the occupation of John Philips, victualler, and now of Isaac Harrowden, called the sign of the Spread Eagle. Covenant to levy a fine on this and on other property of (1) to the use of (2) until mortgage repaid, then to use of Thomas Rogers for life, then to use of Elizabeth his wife for life, then to use of their child or children as they shall appoint; in default to the use of children of Thomas Rogers or in default to use of his heirs.
