One O.R. severely wounded on same duty. 20 Jun 1916 - Agnez-les-Duisans Relieved by 6 K.O.Y.L.I. (43rd Bde. 14th Division). Withdrew to AGNEZ-les-DUISANS 21 Jun 1916 - Izel-les-Hameaux Marched to IZEL-les-HAMEAU [sic] from AGNEZ-les-DUISANS 17 miles, arriving about 6 p.m. Accommodation good 22-26 Jun 1916 Battn. at IZEL-les-HAMEAU. Training in Route marching & open Warfare begun & carried out as far as weather & limited space for training purposes would allow. Weather indifferent - a good deal of rain 27 Jun 1916 - Arras Marched to ARRAS via NOYELLE VION & WANQUETIN about 15 mile, arrived 1 A.M. (only one man falling out) Good Billets. 28 Jun 1916 In ARRAS. 610 men to find for work under R.A. & 5th Signal Coy R.E. in neighbourhood of WAILLY 29 Jun 1916 780 men working as above 30 Jun 1916 730 men working as above. 'B' & 'D' Coys moved to WAILLY for work under 5 Signal Coy. R.E. This detachment of 2 Coys. under the command of CAPT. PARKER
