Full length Photograph of Fred Seaton, wearing his referee kit on the football field. From Beds on Sunday 28th May 1989, Bedford Sunday league replaces im as Referee's Secretary after 27 years (1962 - 1989) The executive committee of the Sunday League decided it was time for a change, Fred is still refereeing & we think it would be better to have someone in the job who is no longer a referee, giving them more time to watch other refs in action.
