    i) The Rev Albert John Foster, clerk, Vicar of Wootton, The Rev John Spicer Wood, clerk, D.D., Rector of Marston Moretaine, The Rev Edward Woodley Bowling, clerk, Rector of Houghton Conquest ii) Wootton School Board reciting that i) agree to let and ii) to take - messuage or schoolhouse and southwestern schoolroom, gardens, outbuildings etc., known as Wootton Church of England School, on various conditions: 1. To be used as an elementary school between 6a.m and 5 p.m. Mondays to Fridays 2. Term - 9 years for 25 December 1882 and so from year to year 3. Rent - _5 p.a. (_4 during first 9 years) 4. no underletting without consent 5. i) to have sole use of north eastern schoolroom at all times, and south western school room during school holidays, weekends and after 5p.m. 6. i) will make good all damage to schoolroom. Will insure premises and keep in repair 7. to keep their premises in repair 8. Rent to cease in case of damage by fire copy signatures of i)
