(i) Chas. Dymoke Willaume, late of Newport Pagnell (co. Bucks. ), now of Walham Green (co Midx.), esq. (elder of the two bors. Of Rev.Edw.W. [as in TB24], & heir & devisee); (ii) John Wiliams Willaume [as in TB29] (the other bro.); (iii) Jas.Donnitthorne of Orchard St. (St.Mary-lebone, co.Mids.), esq. —[as in 19] . [Recites 23,24; also Will of said Edw.W., 27 Sept., 1787, devising lands in Tingrith & Westoning to Rev.Ste.Eaton, rector of St.Ann’s Soho (co.Midx), in trust for wife Essex, then said John W.W. & heirs in tail male, charged with annuities to nephews & nieces, Viz., Edw.Tanquerary, clerk, of Luttleworth (co.Leices.), Thos.T., attorney at law, Mary & Ann T.; all of Chesham (co.Bucks.); & Chas.T. at boarding school of Rev.Mr Dupree at Tring (co Herts.); & the Rectory of Tingrith to said Eaton, to present Rev. Edw.T. at next vacancy; & his estate at Cranfield, Millbrook & Flitton, to bro., Chas.D.W., & wife Mary, for life, & then to bro., Chas.D.W. Also death of said Rev.Edw.W., 13 Oct., 1787.
