...cottage or tenement with the appurtenance in Kensworth in which Henry Slow now lives, adjoining to the Common Green on the north east part; the land of Gossiwinus Smith on west part; cottage or tenement of John Briden on the north west end thereof, in which John briden now lives and which likewise was lately purchased of Michael Howard, with all buildings, orchards and gardens.
...together with free liberty, way and quietpassage to and for Henry Slow and Abigail his wife from the cottage to a pond in the orchard of John briden at all seasonable times by day or night to fetch water for his or their needful or necessary occassions.
