Dated 5th October 1920 Dear Sir, A communication was received from the Howard Association in regards to the proposed Conference to be held with reference to the forming of a Magistrates Association, & the Magistrates of this Division were asked to appoint a delegate to attend. At a Special Meeting yesterday Mr J I Wright, the Deputy Chariman was elected as such delegate. I was instructed to communicate with you pointing this out, as it was tought that perhaps the same matter might be before your Magistrates sitting at Quarter Sessions & that perhaps the information would be useful to then to knowthat a delegate had been appointed to attend from this Bench.
