Dear Sir, I am enclosing you formal notice of entry of appeal in each of 3 cases heard at the Luton Borough Court on Saturday last in respect of the Betting & Gaming Acts. I sent you copies of the Notice of Appeal & grounds of appeal yesterday. Confirming my telephone message of to-day Counsel has advised that the cases would best be heard at the sesions pespectively mentioned in the Notices of Appeal, so that the betting cases will be heard next Wednesday & the fowl receiving case at the ensuing sessions.
