Convicted as John Robinson in Rotherham 16/6/1911 for stealing a Bicycle, I month HL, as James Marsden in Folkestone 13/4/1917 bearing HM Uniform without authority, sentence withdrawn. As Owen Kilcommon in Bradford 14/9/1917 stealing wallet & money from Soldiers Club, 2 months imprisonment. Remarks; This mans proper name is John Robinson, aged 26 born at Normanton Yorkshire, & joined the West Kents? regiment in April last, shortly after transfered to the Beds Regiment Agricultural Corps & sent back to where he is alleged to have committed this offence.
