Officers required to attend, Inspector Bliss & P.S Crowsley Remarks; Inspector Bliss, bound in £20. to prosecute. The prisoner has been charged twice before on indictable offences but not indicted. The convictions attached are from the Record office at Finger Prints Dept. Scotland Yard. For the information of the Clerk of the Peace, Abayance of the Chief Constable.
