    County Palatine of Chester to Wit. Herbert Potts, Deputy, Clerk of the Peace for the County Palatine of Chester, do hereby certify that at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace, holden at Knutsford in and for the said County Palatine, on the thirteenth day of October in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and thirteen James Davies was convicted of feloniously breaking and entering the dwelling house of Levi Orine and therein feloniously stealing one pair of spectacles the goods of Sarah Anne Orine and one watch one chain and on pendant the goods of Ernest Orine after a prior conviction of felony in and by the name of Jack Edwards and was thereupon sentenced for the said offence to be imprisoned and kept to hard labour in His Majesty’s Prison, at Knutsford, for the term of Twelve calendar months and that the said conviction and judgement still remain in full force, to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief.
