- Scope and ContentBedfordshire to Wit} The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath present that James Davies Poole on the twenty second day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixteen the dwelling house of John Henry Kime situate in the Parish of Biddenham in the County aforesaid feloniously did break and enter with intent the goods and chattels of the said John Henry Kime in the said dwelling house then being feloniously to steal, take, and carry away, and one pair of scissors and one file of the value of two shillings of the goods and chattels of the said John Henry Kime then in the said dwelling house then feloniously did steal, take, and carry away against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the Peace of our Lord the King his Crown and Dignity. 2nd Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid, do further present that on the thirteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen at the Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden t Knutsford in the County of Chester the said James Davies Poole was convicted of Felony. Plea: Guilty admits. Verdict: Nothing recorded. Sentence: Three years penal servitude.
