The appointed Arbitrators, Hugh Cumberland, Luton. Henry Swaffield, Ampthill. Walter M. Peacock, Bedford Have taken it upon themselves the buthen of this Award & having Ascertained the average price of a Winchester Bushel of good marketable Wheat within the said county of Bedford for the space of 15 years last past, Do hereby award & determaine that the sum of 3s 10d & 3 farthings is the average price aforesaid.
